Contacting Me

If you would like to talk with me further or schedule an appointment, feel free to call and leave a confidential voicemail at (206) 353-4928. In general, voicemail is the fastest and surest way to reach me. I typically respond to voicemail messages within one business day. Email replies may take slightly longer. Please note that I don't use text messaging with clients, except on the rare occasion of notifying me that you're running late for a session.

You may also reach me via email or my contact form below. However, I prefer to use email for scheduling purposes only. I don't recommend email for communicating about our clinical work, as it is not a secure medium. Please do not send urgent messages via email, as I may not receive your message promptly.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please do not send communication via email or my contact form. I may not receive it promptly. Instead, call 9-1-1 or the 24-Hour Crisis Connection Line at 7-1-1.

I look forward to connecting with you.

Ways of Meeting

A positive outcome of the COVID-19 pandemic has been the emergence of more accessible and flexible ways to offer therapy: in person from the office or remotely online. I am fully vaccinated and see people in person who are also vaccinated. For those who are not or are experiencing symptoms of illness, are unable to meet in the office, or prefer to meet online, we can meet via telemedicine through my HIPAA-compliant Zoom account.

Of course, we can also move back and forth between the two when circumstances arise that make meeting in person possible or meeting online preferable or necessary. I’m happy to work with you to make adjustments when helpful.

Location

My office is located in Seattle's Wallingford neighborhood, between the I-5 freeway and Highway 99, convenient to downtown and most neighborhoods central to, and north of, Seattle.

Travel from the Eastside is straightforward via the I-90 or 520 floating bridges, and I-5 freeway.
